Hezbollah launches series of attacks on Israeli military targets

These actions were taken in support of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and as retaliation for Israeli attacks and assassinations in Lebanon.

The operations began at 12:12 PM, when Hezbollah targeted an Israeli Merkava tank at the Hadab Yarin site with an attack drone, resulting in a direct hit. Following this, a swarm of drones attacked an artillery position of the 411th Battalion (part of the 288th Fire Brigade) in Neve Ziv, causing confirmed casualties and igniting fires at the site.

At 5:20 PM, Hezbollah launched two separate rocket artillery attacks on the al-Ramtha site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Chouba hills and the Zebdine barracks in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms, both achieving direct impacts.

Later in the day, rockets and artillery shells targeted Israeli forces at the Manara site following close monitoring. This operation was in response to an Israeli attack on the southern Lebanese town of al-Borgholiyeh. Additionally, the headquarters of the Sahel Battalion in the Beit Hillel barracks was bombarded with Katyusha rockets.

In another significant move, the Plasan military industries factory in the Saasaa settlement, known for armoring Israeli military vehicles, was hit with Falaq rockets.

Earlier on Tuesday, Hezbollah's Military Media released a nine-and-a-half-minute video titled "This is what the Hoopoe came back with." The footage showed reconnaissance drones flying over extensive areas of occupied Palestinian land, including Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya, Safad, Karmiel, Afula, and Haifa and its port. The video, which highlighted the drones' ability to bypass Israeli air defenses and return undetected, is reportedly the first in a series.

Hezbollah's operations on Tuesday were presented as direct responses to recent Israeli aggressions, including the assassination in the town of al-Shehabiyeh and attacks on al-Borgholiyeh.
