The operation began when the Coast Guard received information about a group of irregular migrants aboard a rubber boat near the Çeşme district. Swiftly deploying their teams to the region, the Coast Guard rescued 13 migrants from the rubber boat. It was revealed that the boat had been pushed back into Turkish territorial waters by Greek forces.

Continuing their mission, the Coast Guard teams rescued an additional 33 irregular migrants, including 3 children, off the coast of Çeşme. Meanwhile, 29 more irregular migrants, including 9 children, were rescued off the coast of Dikili.

Following the successful rescue operations, the irregular migrants were transferred to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management Repatriation Center for further processing.
