Afghanistan and Qatar pledge to strengthen bilateral relations

During the meeting, Acting Minister Mujahid expressed heartfelt gratitude to Qatar for its invaluable humanitarian aid provided to victims affected by recent earthquakes and floods in Afghanistan.

Mohammad bin Abdul Aziz Al-Khalifi, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, reaffirmed Qatar's dedication to deepening the strong bonds of friendship between the two nations. He emphasized Qatar's intention to expand cooperation in various sectors to mutually benefit both countries.

Both sides expressed optimism regarding the future prospects of their bilateral relationship, highlighting the potential for increased cooperation in areas such as security, defense, trade, investment, and cultural exchange. (ILKHA)
