In his statement, President Erdoğan expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people. "On this Nakba Day, I send our heartfelt greetings to all our Palestinian brothers and sisters. We feel the pain of Nakba in our hearts as much as they do," he said, adding, "On the anniversary of Nakba, we keep hope as much as they do."

President Erdoğan emphasized his belief in the eventual return of Palestinians to their homes. "Sooner or later, Palestinians will return to their homes, sooner or later, Palestinians will use the keys of their homes, which they have kept under their pillows and entrusted from generation to generation, and Inshallah, they will have their own homes and homes," he stated.

He concluded his statement by reaffirming Türkiye’s support for Palestine and the Palestinian cause. "On the Day of Nakba, the Great Catastrophe, we declare once again that we stand by Palestine and the Palestinian cause with every part of us, with every opportunity," he said. (ILKHA)
