Erdoğan noted that one of the most atrocious massacres in human history has been taking place in Gaza since October 7. He criticized Israel for its constant territorial expansion through occupation, oppression, and thuggery since its establishment. He stated that Israel continues to spill innocent people's blood, with 15 thousand children brutally massacred so far. He added that 35 thousand Palestinians, mostly women and civilians, have been martyred, 80 thousand wounded, and nearly 2 million people forcefully displaced from their homes.

The President emphasized Türkiye's full solidarity with the Palestinian people since day one in the face of this alarming situation. He stated: "We have been exerting intensive efforts to stop the bloodshed in Gaza and prevent Israel’s attacks. Türkiye is the top provider of humanitarian aid to Gaza, dispatching nearly 54 thousand tons of aid."

He further detailed Türkiye's efforts, stating: "We have been sending 127 tons of clean drinking water to Gaza every week, where water resources have been destroyed by Israel. We have been providing treatment to over 400 sick and wounded Gazans, including cancer patients, at hospitals in our country. We have been sending benevolence ships to the region at regular intervals."

Despite facing intimidation attempts from the global Zionist network, President Erdoğan reaffirmed Türkiye's commitment to supporting Palestine and providing assistance in the face of ongoing challenges. (ILKHA)
