The negotiating team is set to depart for Doha this evening following two days of intense discussions.

In a statement, the movement revealed that its delegation had delivered Hamas's response to the mediators in Egypt and Qatar. The statement read, "In-depth and serious discussions took place with them."

Hamas outlined its key demands during the talks. These include a complete cessation of hostilities, an Israeli withdrawal from the entire Gaza Strip, and the facilitation of the return of displaced individuals. The group also called for an intensification of relief efforts, the commencement of reconstruction, and the finalization of a prisoner exchange deal.

A Hamas official, Mahmoud al-Mardawi, confirmed that the group's negotiators were leaving Cairo for Doha after the conclusion of the talks. This move is part of ongoing mediation efforts aimed at securing a truce in Gaza.

Al-Mardawi stated: "The Movement showed flexibility during the negotiations in accordance with what best served the interests of the Palestinian people." The next phase of discussions is set to take place in Doha. (ILKHA)
