He implied that Brussels, along with the US and NATO, appears to be preparing for a potential new global conflict.

The conference, which was held in Luxembourg, was convened to discuss urgent issues in the Middle East and Ukraine. Szijjarto issued a stark warning, stating that the rush by the US, NATO, and EU to arm Ukraine could trigger a worldwide war.

Following the recent acceptance of a US aid package for Ukraine and the subsequent push for increased militarization by some European politicians, Szijjarto declared that “there is a growing sense of preparation for a new world war in Brussels.” He criticized the focus on arming Ukraine with more weaponry, rather than prioritizing peace and diplomatic solutions. He stressed the importance of halting the build-up to a world war.

Szijjarto also highlighted the war mentality prevalent among many politicians in Europe and the North Atlantic region, a stance that starkly contrasts with Hungary’s position of neutrality in the Ukraine conflict.

He also reiterated concerns about the deteriorating situation in Ukraine and criticized the EU's plans for additional arms shipments to the country, suggesting that Brussels may be gearing up for a potential global conflict. (ILKHA)
