According to officials, the incident occurred late on Wednesday when the bus lost control and veered off the road, plunging into a ravine.

More than 40 individuals sustained injuries in the crash, with casualties being treated in Karachi. Authorities have cautioned that the death toll may rise as investigations continue.

According to local sources, high fatality crashes are distressingly common in Pakistan, often attributed to driver error and the poor condition of roads.

Sindh's Chief Minister, Murad Ali Shah, revealed that among the injured were two children, and at least five individuals suffered severe head injuries. While the details of the accident are still being probed, authorities are actively engaged in determining the causes behind the tragic incident. (ILKHA)
