The movement's leadership, displaying full national responsibility, is reviewing the proposal and will inform mediators of their response once the process concludes.

Israeli negotiators, led by Mossad chief David Barnea, are reportedly returning to Israel from Cairo. Talks on a US-brokered proposal, backed by CIA officials, took place Sunday, with Israel yet to respond. Hamas, in a meeting with Egyptian Intelligence Minister Abbas Kamel, reiterated its commitment to national demands during ceasefire discussions.

A high-level Hamas delegation, led by Khalil al-Hayya, is set to visit Cairo following an invitation for negotiations. Egyptian sources indicate intense efforts to resume talks in Cairo, describing recent communications as "high-level." (ILKHA)
