Death and destruction: Death toll rises to 32,975 in Gaza genocide

An Israeli bombardment targeted an apartment in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the center of the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of six civilians, including a child and two women. Several others were injured in the attack.

Local sources reported that the airstrike hit a residential apartment belonging to the al-Moqayad family in the al-Etihad Tower, located to the west of the Nuseirat camp.

Additionally, Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes on the Zeitoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City and targeted civilian homes in the Sheikh Ijlin neighborhood with gunfire.

Further attacks occurred in the eastern part of Khan Yunis city, where residential houses were bombed by Israeli forces. The occupation's artillery also shelled the Al-Amal neighborhood and its surroundings in the city.

Rescue and ambulance teams retrieved the bodies of 10 individuals from beneath the rubble of the Za'rab family house in Rafah in the southern part of the Strip. The house was bombed by Israeli planes the previous night.

The civilian death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza, which began on October 7, 2023, has now risen to 32,975, with a significant number being children and women. The number of wounded individuals has surged to 75,577. (ILKHA)
