The israeli occupation confirmed the impact of the operation, acknowledging the killing of an Israeli citizen due to a direct hit on a factory in Kiryat Shmona. Israeli media reported two casualties in total, noting the retaliation came after the massacre in Lebanon and in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Authorities in Kiryat Shmona reported multiple missile strikes, with homes, factories, and cars being directly hit. The head of the local authority urged residents to seek shelter in fortified places due to the ongoing threat of missile launches.

Hezbollah condemned the Israeli aggression in Al-Habbariyeh and vowed that such actions would not go unpunished. The missile strike was seen as a clear message of retaliation against the occupation forces. Israeli media reported additional missile strikes near the Upper Galilee Council.

The situation remains tense in Kiryat Shmona, with widespread damage and fear among residents. Israeli Channel 12 correspondent described the morning as uneasy, with rockets targeting multiple areas in the direction of the settlement.

Prior to the bombing in Hebbariyeh, an Israeli warplane had bombarded a farm in the plains of the town of Iaat west of the city of Baalbek in the Bekaa region, northeast Lebanon, resulting in the martyrdom of four people. The Emergency and Relief Corps of the Lebanese Succour Association condemned the aggression by Israeli occupation forces, calling it a clear violation of international laws and holding the Israeli forces entirely responsible for these acts.

Reports also indicate Israeli airstrikes in several other locations, including between the towns of Beit Yahoun and Baraachit, as well as the outskirts of the towns of Houla, Kfar Chouba, and Kfar Kila. The violence has extended to Israeli artillery shelling targeting Wadi al-Saluki, and warplanes attacking the surroundings of the al-Hermel district in northeastern Lebanon. (ILKHA)
