In a statement issued early Thursday, the Iraqi Resistance reiterated its commitment to intensifying operations during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. These operations aim to strike enemy strongholds, particularly in response to Israeli aggressions against innocent Palestinian civilians and in support of Gaza's people.

This announcement marks the continuation of the second phase of operations aimed at confronting the occupation and bolstering support for Gaza. The Resistance's objectives also include enforcing a blockade on Israeli maritime navigation in the Mediterranean and disrupting Israeli port operations.

Earlier this week, the Resistance had targeted Ben Gurion Airport within the Israeli occupation territory using UAVs, adding to a series of recent operations. These included strikes on oil refineries in occupied Haifa, an Israeli intelligence base in the northern occupied Syrian Golan Heights, and a military site at the "Rosh Pinna" airport in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Akram al-Kaabi, Secretary-General of the al-Nujaba Movement operating under the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, reaffirmed the Resistance's commitment to expelling US forces from Iraq and continued attacks on Israeli targets in occupied Palestine. Al-Kaabi emphasized that the goal of liberating Iraq from US presence and supporting Palestine remains steadfast. (ILKHA)
