Yapıcıoğlu's arrival in Hilvan sparked excitement among the locals, who gathered eagerly to witness the event. As the ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and a warm welcome from Hilvan mayoral candidate Imam Bazik, the atmosphere was one of anticipation and enthusiasm.
