Expressing concern over the increasing number of fatalities, particularly among children, due to starvation, al-Qudra highlighted that several children receiving intensive healthcare are now at risk of death due to hunger.

The spokesman pointed out that israel has been hindering the efforts exerted by humanitarian organizations through procrastination in allowing the entry of aid convoys to Gaza, adding that the health system in northern Gaza has become paralyzed, following the closure of Kamal Adwan Hospital.

The Government Media Office reported that Israeli bombardment has rendered 31 hospitals in Gaza non-operational, while around 150 health institutions have been partially affected. Additionally, the entry of medical supplies and fuel into the besieged Strip has been blocked, exacerbating the healthcare crisis. (ILKHA)
