Sabahattin Ugar, serving as the Turkey and Africa Coordinator for IHO Ebrar, shared insights into the ongoing aid efforts during his visit to Bamako, the capital of Mali.

Ugar articulated that their presence in Mali is primarily aimed at laying the groundwork for forthcoming projects slated for the Ramadan month, as well as monitoring the progress of ongoing initiatives.

"We will convene meetings with local non-governmental organizations to establish the framework for our Ramadan activities. Our objective is to devise plans and programs for collaborative endeavors, ensuring the efficient delivery of aid contributions from our generous donors. May God accept all their charitable contributions, past and future,” he emphasized.

Providing specifics on the current endeavors in Mali, Ugar stated: "We are currently overseeing the construction of a multifaceted complex, encompassing an orphanage for 50 individuals, a school catering to 250 students, a health center, and a mosque. Additionally, we are engaged in the construction of two mosques and the installation of water wells. We remain committed to overseeing these projects firsthand, addressing any deficiencies promptly, by the grace of God."

IHO Ebrar's unwavering dedication to alleviating suffering and fostering sustainable development underscores its pivotal role in extending aid to communities in need, both in Africa and beyond. (ILKHA)
