Zabiullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, stated: "If the Islamic Emirate’s requests are accepted and are considered important, we will undoubtedly participate in meetings in the future."

The Russian Foreign Ministry criticized meetings lacking Kabul's support and that of regional countries, warning that such initiatives are destined for failure without their backing.

Meanwhile, Qatar's Foreign Ministry affirmed its readiness to collaborate with Afghanistan under the United Nations' guidance, pledging support for the UN's recommendations concerning Afghanistan.

In response, the EU's special representative for Afghanistan, Tomas Niklasson, expressed a commitment to supporting a peaceful future for Afghanistan, acknowledging the efforts of the country's de facto authorities in reducing poppy cultivation and rehabilitating individuals with drug addiction.
