Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, revealed the details of the operations in a statement issued earlier today.

The first operation, carried out by Yemeni Naval forces, specifically targeted the British ship "Rubymar" in the Gulf of Aden with a series of naval missiles. According to Sarie, the vessel sustained severe damage and is at risk of sinking. However, all crew members were safely evacuated during the operation.

Simultaneously, Yemeni air defenses successfully intercepted and shot down an American MQ9 plane in Hodeidah while it was engaged in hostile activities against Yemen on behalf of the Zionist entity.

Sarie emphasized that these operations were conducted in solidarity with the Palestinian people, particularly those in the Gaza Strip, and in response to perceived US-British aggression against Yemen.

He reiterated the commitment of the Yemeni Armed Forces to continue taking military measures and conducting operations against hostile targets to defend Yemen and support the Palestinian cause.

The statement concluded with Sarie affirming that Yemeni Armed Forces will persist with their operations in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea until the aggression and blockade against Gaza cease. (ILKHA)
