Magnitude 6.1 earthquake jolts central China

A magnitude-6.1 earthquake hit Lushan County in Southwest China's Sichuan province at 5:00 pm on Wednesday.

The epicenter of the earthquake is 113 km from Sichuan's capital Chengdu, the country"s Earthquake Networks Center said.

There were no reports of casualties or damages after the quake. (ILKHA)
