Asking “Why is the Anadolu Agency’s news disturbing France?”, Altun noted the following:

“We ask: Is that your conception of press freedom? Why is France, which has become the breeding ground of Islamophobia and systematic discrimination against Muslims, targeting the freedom of the press and thought? What are you afraid of?
