Armenian forces shells Barda city of Azerbaijan: 20 civilians killed, 60 injured
“At least 20 civilians, including children and women, were killed and more than 60 injured in Armenian missile attack on Barda city of Azerbaijan,” announced Hikmet Hajiyev, the assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on his Twitter

“Act of genocide by Armenia against Barda city of Azerbaijan: number of deaths reaching to 20. Number of wounded more than 40. All are innocent civilians. Cluster Smerch missiles have been used. We invite @hrw and @amnesty to conduct on site assessment of such crimes of Armenia,” Hajiyev said.
“Armenia used cluster munitions to inflict excessive casualties among civilians. It is policy of state terror by Armenia. Deliberately city center of Barda was targeted,” he added. (ILKHA)
