Turkey reports 56 new deaths from COVID-19
Turkey has reported 56 new deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the virus to 8,609, the country’s Health Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the number of patients rose to 329,138, an increase of 1,581 patients over the past 24 hours.
While at least 1,411 patients are in critical condition, 288,954 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.
11,160,946 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
