Turkey’s death toll from coronavirus rises to 425
69 people who tested positive for coronavirus have died in Turkey, bringing the country’s death toll from the virus to 425, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said in statement on Friday.

“80% of the patients we have lost in the last 24 hours are people over the age of 60,” Koca said.
“2,786 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours, the total number of infected people has reached 20,921,” he added.
484 patients were discharged from hospital after being cured.
So far, the total number of tests performed has been 120 716, including 16,160 in the last 24 hours. (ILKHA)
