The European Union(EU) has renewed its belief that zionist's settlements and settlement activity in occupied Palestinian territory are illegal under international law and erode prospects for lasting peace

“The EU calls on ısrael to end all settlement activity, in line with its obligations as an occupying power,” EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said in a statement.

Her comments came after the US administration on Monday blatantly voiced support for zionist’s settlements in the occupied West Bank, considering them no longer illegal under international law. (ILKHA)
