The Islamic communities, which exposed to countless inhuman and unlawful treatments since the earliest days of the Republic of Turkiye, have been seen as others from yesterday until today by the system. Although the governments had different colors, obeying to the status quo each time have hit the hopes of people related to the future.

The Muslim people, who were in anticipation of the fact that "the atrocities, of course, will be count one day and the justice will be manifested," was disillusioned every time. The legal system of the form of government, dominated by the upper mind and free from the beliefs of the people, has victimized people so far.

The suffering and grievances of the Islamic community have not been fixed nor seen

Many sects in Turkiye suffered from great pain so far sometimes with the hand of the military tutelage, sometimes with the state of the police, and sometimes with the practices of civil bureaucracy. Changing rulers had somehow relieved the grievances of people they see their own backyard. However, the pain and grievances of Islamic communities have not been resolved nor seen even during the period of government they see as their color.

FETO, which has been formed within the state for a long time, supported by different governments in this process, and formed its own tutelage system, has sought to destroy the Islamic communities and structures that it has targeted by using the opportunities and power of important institutions they infiltrated in such as security, army, and judiciary.

The conspiracy and the calipers of the FETO structure were deciphered

Following the July 15 coup attempt, the grievances of the Islamic community, which experienced great troubles with the crimes committed by FETO, were clearly deciphered and the experiences of the victims were being publicized by the government and the opposition parties, were ignored consciously.

After the July 15 coup attempt, the conspirators and the calipers organized by the FETO, who had reached an effective force in the army, became a decipherer one by one. The dark side of this dark force, supported by the external forces, echoed by the Islamic community, and revealed in the end.

The Kemalist elite, whose name was involved in the coup scenarios, was released

Thousands of judges and prosecutors and the police who played an active role in the plots cases and were dismissed within the scope of the FETO investigations initiated after the July 15 coup attempt, which was blocked by the people. Most of the judges and police officers who were removed from office were arrested for being members of a terrorist organization.

The grievances caused by the structuring of FETO were strongly discussed and debated. All the sectors waited for their problems to be resolved. As a matter of fact, the Kemalist elite, whose name has been involved in coup scenarios, was released thanks to the TV screens and newspaper headlines for days. In the end, these people were rewarded and returned to their duties.

Families of people victimized by Feb. 28 and FETO judiciary are waiting for the manifestation of justice

The Kemalist elites who were tried and convicted for cases such as Ergenekon, Balyoz, and Military Espionage were acquitted on the grounds of the calipers in a short time, while the plots exposed by FETO to Islamic sections have been ignored. No one has heard the voice of Islamic sections and seen their grievances.

Plots set against Vahdet Association and Mustazafs Association Kâhta Branch

One of the most prominent of these grievances was in Adıyaman. Using state facilities, FETO established a plot in 2011 against the Vahdet Association and Mustazafs Association Kâhta Branch in Adıyaman. The case which was seen in Malayta 3^rd High Criminal Court, members of those mentioned associations, including managers, sentenced years imprisonment.

The court board, who ruled the punishment, was suspended from FETO

The illegal heavy penalties against those who had legal activities in legal NGOs were approved by Penal Department No. 9 of the Supreme Court, which later it was revealed that the Penal Department No. 9 of the Supreme Court was under control of FETO.

Within the scope of the investigations initiated after July 15, all the police officers who signed the documents and the court, including the prosecutor who decided in the case, were suspended due to being a member of FETO.

In Adana, members of Şura Association and Umut Associations were victimized

In Adana, the members of the Şura Association and Umut Association were victimized. FETO filed a closure case against the associations on the false and counterfeit pieces of evidence. Adana 7^th High Criminal Court in the case sentenced the managers of associations to 6 years and 3 months in prison separately.

Hüseyin Serter (31532), the head of the Adana 7^th High Criminal Court, and Arif Bekler (34239) and the public prosecutor Metin Dikeç (39629) were arrested as their link to the FETO in the investigation launched after the July 15 coup attempt.

In the process, families of people who have been kept in prisons due to their Islamic identity for years and experienced great suffers because of the plots and conspiracies of FETO and before the February 28, gathered under the roof of an initiative and expressed the dimensions of the persecution.

Parents want their children to benefit from either a fair trial or the penalty reduction plan submitted to the General Assembly. These people, who express their problems on every platform, believe that justice will definitely be manifested one day. (ILKHA)
