Egypt's junta administration freeze assets of Egyptian first elected President Mohammad Morsi, who was dismissed and imprisoned by the junta, and more than 1,589 individual tied to Muslim Brotherhood.

A judicial committee of the Egyptian junta signed a scandalous decision by freezing the assets of Morsi and more than 1,589 individual ties to Muslim Brotherhood as well as many institutions owned by Muslim Brotherhood, as well as the 113 charities funds operating in Egypt.

Some 118 companies, 104 schools, 69 hospitals, and 33 websites and satellite channels were also hit with an asset freeze.

The junta's court ruled execution for the 75 Muslim Brotherhood members on Saturday, including the Brotherhood executive members.

The United Nations said the death sentences were the result of an "unfair trial" and warned if they were carried out would "represent a gross and irreversible miscarriage of justice". (ILKHA)
