Statement on the state of emergency from AK Party Spokesman Ünal
Turkiye's ruling AK Party Spokesman Mahir Ünal stated on the lift of state of emergency.

The AK Party spokesperson Mahir Ünal, who was stating on the agenda, said that the emergency state will not be extended.
Ünal explaining the date of the congress, "The decision of the congress to be held on Saturday, August 18, will be planned in the period after the announcement of the exact date of the Higher Election Board and publication of it in the Official Gazette."
Relating to the lift of the emergency state, Ünal said, "Mr. President has announced our attitude. The state of emergency will not be extended." (ILKHA)
