According to the information, Feyzi Ertik, 35, who worked as a cleaning staff at Dogubayazit State Hospital, came out with a phone call to his at the late hours of the night in the village of Sağdıç where he resides. He then found dead hanging near the house.

As a result of the searches made at the outbuilding, Ertik was found dead hanging in the kitchen located in the garden of the house.
