Syrian Foreign Ministry officials expressed its absolute rejection to the deal between Turkiye and the presence of US forces in Manbij and patrolling in the area.

Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the presence of Turkish and US forces in the vicinity of Manbij in the statement and said: "The Syrian Arab Republic expresses its strong condemnation and absolute rejection of Turkish and US troops in the vicinity of the city of Manbij, which comes in the context of the continued Turkish and US aggression against the Syrian sovereignty and territorial integrity."

The statement concluded its statement by saying that Syria calls on the international community to condemn the US and Turkish aggressive behavior, which constitutes a flagrant violation of the purposes and principles of the UN Charter. (ILKHA)
