The Palestinian official agency WAFA claimed that an attempt was made to assassinate Palestinian Prime Minister Rami al-Hamdallah.
According to WAFA reports, the convoy of Palestinian Prime Minister Rami al-Hamdallah and Palestinian Intelligence Chief Macid Ferec was targeted by an assassination attempt near Khan Yunus north of Gaza.
The blast occurred shortly after Hamdallah's convoy arrived in Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip, affirming that the Prime Minister and Intelligence Chief have not injured while 7 other people reportedly were injured. (ILKHA)
