Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım came together with Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani today at the margin of the Munich Security Conference.

"We have discussed our strategic partnership, our bilateral relations with our friendly Qatari and the recent developments in the region. As well as our excellent political relations, we aim to strengthen and diversify our economic cooperation further to ease the effects of economic sanctions that affect the daily life of our brothers and sisters of Qatari people. And that we will continue to work with Qatar and other countries in order to alleviate the problem," read the statement made by Prime Ministry. (ILKHA)
