Explanation of "PttMessenger" from PTT
PTT [Post Office Department] has noticed that the files named "PttMessenger" on various internet sites are not related to their programs.

General Directorate of Postal and Telegraph Organization (PTT) made a statement about "PttMessenger" via social media account.
PttMessenger is reported to be a solution developed for institutional customers of PTT. It is stated that this program is developed using signal- based open source code.
"Pttmesseng are the property of PTT Inc. with all development rights. Zebrachat is the name of product and projects used in the development stage of PttMessenger. There is no an application can be download directly to users (.apk) file. The PttMessanger named files on various websites have no any relation with the real PttMessanger that used for the institutional customers for instant messaging," the statement read. (ILKHA)
