In the written statement published by HUDA PAR Headquarters, important statements were made on the Afrin operation that started and continued for 4 days, the state of emergency that extended one more time, and about the personnel cadre of the subcontracted workers.

"Above all, the civilian population should not be harmed"

The operation, which started on January 20, 2018, and was called "Olive Branch", has the potential to cause serious complications that would affect the whole region said in the statement. It was also stated that it is a sensitive process and that all possible outcomes should be well evaluated.

"Above all, the utmost efforts must be made to prevent the civilian population from suffering," read the statement and continued: "Idlib and Afrin issues are the consequences of the imperialist West's territorial claims and the dirty war of a cruel regime. Negotiating one against the other or making an alternative will not solve the problem, which will make the imperialism to stay there permanently. There is no doubt that the consequences we live today are the wrong inevitable policies resulted by inviting countries like the United States and Russia to Syria instead of solving the problem among themselves, and that the wrong policies are inevitable."

"Closure of all US military bases in the country has become a necessity"

"America and Russia are obviously not friendly to anyone except themselves," read the statement and continued: "State and government officials should stop seeing the United States as an ally. As a result, all US military bases in the country, especially Incirlik and Malatya Erhaç, which are not suitable for an independent country, have become a necessity to be closed. We hope that the countries that have invited and settled the US somewhat in Syria to see that the US is a great threat to the entire region."  

"The PYD is far from representing the Kurds with the intellectual and impulsive style and far from people's values"

The statement that emphasized that the PYD's unlimited business union with the United States poses a serious threat to all countries and nations, especially the Kurds, in the region, the following statements were made:

"The PYD, which was under the control of the regime, then under the dominion of the US, did not recognize the right of life to anyone except itself since the first day. Massacred Kurds who thought differently, did not allow them to organize and were completely expelled them from the region. PYD is far from representing Kurds with its intellectual and impulsive style and being far from people's values. And yet, it should not be forgotten that the declarations and practices that will feed the understanding that especially all Kurds are the same with the PKK/PYD in recent times will have severe consequences. It should also be known that neither the US, nor Russia, or Iran or Assad or the PYD that fight to people's values and belief, are not those to stay there permanently. Those who will settle there permanently are the real owners of those lands and local people."

"The direction of the emergency state practices has begun to touch the citizen by turning to the public from the state"

"It will cause the victimization of many workers by the current state"

Evaluating the subcontracted workers to personal cadres, HUDA PAR said: "Subcontractors were promised that giving personal cadres would cover all institutions and would not be fully tested. However, many contractor workers left out of the scope, it was understood that not all occupational classes would be included in the cadre from the remaining institutions."

In a statement about the procurement of the subcontractor workers to the cadre, "As HUDA PAR, we call that no institution and occupation class should be excluded, that an arrangement to cover all contract workers should be made as soon as possible and that no worker should be victimized." (ILKHA)
