In the current issue of the Official Gazette, announced the Council of Ministers issued a "Decree on the Coal Aid for the Purposes of Heating Poor Families."

According to this decision put into effect by the Prime Ministry Deputy Undersecretary (Treasury Undersecretaries), at least 500 kilograms of free coal will be given to the families in need by the provincial and district social assistance and solidarity foundations.

In this context, coal shipments to be made to the foundation will be determined by the Energy and Natural Resources Ministry according to the criterion. The shipment schedule determined by the directorate-general will be held within the Turkiye Coal Enterprises Authority (TKI) and Turkiye Hard Coal Enterprises (TTK).

The distribution organization within the province and district will be carried by foundations. (Hamza Adiyaman - ILKHA)
