Number of dead rose to 335 in the earthquake

Iran Crisis Management Organization spokesman Behnam Saidi stated that the number of those who lost their lives in the earthquake according to latest information has risen to 328.

The number of those who lost their lives within those in the residential areas of Iraqi Kurdistan's Sulaimani has risen to 335.

While the 7.3 magnitude earthquake that hit on the Iran-Iraq border last night was felt strongly in the western provinces of Iran, causalities and major damage took place in Kermanshah's Serpol  Zahab, Qasr al-Shirin, Cavanrud, Salasi Babacani and Gilan Gharb.

Behnam  Saidi, announced that who lost their lives by region as follows: "10 people Kirmanşah, 3 in Javanrud, 14 people in Dalahu, 236 people in Serpol Zahap, 15 people in Salas  Babacani, 22 people in Islamabad-I Garp and 28 people in Kasr-i Shirin.

Kermanshah people spent the night on the streets.

People of Kermanshah spent the night in the streets and parks after the earthquake which its epicenter was 32 kilometers southwest of Halabja in Iraq and 33.9 kilometers deep.

Iranian Chief examined the earthquake area in Kermanshah in the morning.  The wounded, who were in serious condition, were carried by air to the capital Tehran. (ILKHA)
