Constitutional Court members gathered and accepted the appeal on the objection of Spain Government against the declaration of independence of Catalonia Autonomous Community Parliament of October 27, which would launch the process to build the Catalonia Republic.

After Constitutional Court has accepted the appeal of the central government, the decisions adopted by Catalonia parliament was automatically suspended.

Madrid management followed the developments announced last week, dissolved the Catalan Autonomous Government and dismissed many local administrators particularly the Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont.

The Supreme Court will discuss declaration of independence in Catalonia in 5 months and will give its final decision. (ILKHA)
