Sheikh Sayyid Muhammed Maruf Yıldırım, one of the well-known scholars of the region who was treated at Istanbul Acıbadem Hospital due to his illness, has passed away at the age of 92 last night.

Sheikh Maruf's funeral will be taken from the Batman Airport today and to the Dargah Mosque. Following funeral prayer performed here, the body of Şeyh Maruf earned to be a burial in the family tomb in Çamlıca neighborhood.
