Arrest warrant for the referendum commission of KRG

The Iraqi Federal Court issued an arrest warrant for the President of the Kurdistan Regional High Commission and the members, which carried out the September 25 independence referendum in Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government.
The court, which conducts the inquiry, has decided to arrest the President and members of the Kurdistan Regional High Election and Referendum Commission.
Supreme Judicial Council spokesman Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, "Rusafa Court, has issued arrest warrants for President and members of High Election and Referendum Commission who leading independence referendum held in the Kurdistan Region." (ILKHA)
