Speaking at the Polish capital Warsaw, US President Donald Trump threatened the stance of Pyongyang that tests nuclear and ballistic missiles, said that this “should have consequences”.

“They are behaving in a very, very dangerous manner and something will have to be done,” said Trump and added, “I have some pretty severe things that we are thinking about. That doesn't mean we are going to do it. I don't draw red lines.”

“We can use military force if necessary”

The US ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, explained that if necessary, they could use military force against North Korea. Haley said that after North Korea tested the last ballistic missile, it would present a new bill to the UN that tightens sanctions.

“The US is ready to use its full capacity to protect ourselves and our allies," argued Pyongyang, “quickly blocked the possibility of diplomatic solution,” Haley said, referring to North Korea's recent missile test contrary to the Constitution of the United Nations Security Council. We will use it if we need to use it, but we prefer that we should not to go on that way.”

France's UN Ambassador also said they supported a new draft on North Korea.

Russia, condemning the missile experiment, argues that “the possibility of using military measures in the crisis should be disabled”.

North Korea has recently conducted a ballistic missile test on Sunday, and the missile fell into the Japanese Sea. The US has confirmed its knowledge that the missile is an international missile. (ILKHA)
