The blessed al-Qadr Night, which is beneficial than a thousand months, was performed in awe by the young-old, women-men and children in the mosques.

The al-Qadr Night program, held at 20.45 at Imam Shafi’i Mosque in the Kayapınar district of Diyarbakır, with the participation of Provincial Mufti Burhan İşlien.

Speaking on the program that started with the Qur'anic recitation, Diyarbakır provincial Mufti Burhan İşliyen said, “Al-Qadr Night is not a night we can live like we used to be in a day. Al-Qadr Night is a time to take a decisive step to the rest of our lives. Al-Qadr Night is a night that we should give our word.”

İşliyen stated that the relation with Quran should be revised in al-Qadr Night, said, “The Prophet Muhammad said, ‘it is a night that beneficial than a thousand months’ for al-Qadr Night. The Qur'an was sent on the earth on the al-Qadr Night. If we do not read the Qur'an, if we do not understand it, if we do not apply to our life, we should know that in the hereafter, we will be subjected to the complaint of Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH).”

Speaking that people should pay attention to the Qur'an in their lives and promise to Allah, said İşliyen.
