"Let's pray to the Islamic Ummah at al-Qadr Night"

As it is in the Islamic world, there is the excitement of al-Qadr Night in Gaziantep, which is estimated to be equivalent to the 27th month of Ramadan which is better than a thousand months. People who shared their feelings about al-Qadr Night expressed that Muslims should pray for the welfare and the peace of the Islamic ummah.

Stating that the Prophet Muhammad had spent the last ten days of the month of Ramadan with itikaf in order to find al-Qadr Night, Ahmet Çelik, Gaziantep Provincial Mufti recommended Al-Qadr night to be spent with contemplation, accounting, dhikr and worship.

“We must pray for unity and solidarity”

HUDA PAR Gaziantep Provincial Chairman Mehmet Nakşi Erat wish al-Qadr Night to be instrumental in the welfare of the Islamic ummah. Erat said, “Let's not forget to put the ummah among our prayers tonight.”

“Al-Qadr is the Night gives value for Ramadan”

Mustafa Kaya, the Gaziantep Coordinator of the Prophet Lovers Platform, stating that one of the reasons why the Ramadan month is worthy of because including Al-Qadr Night which is better than a thousand months is as follows:

“We said ‘welcome’ to Ramadan. But now it is time to sadly say goodbye. As the Prophet said in a hadith, ‘the beginning of the month of Ramadan is mercy, the middle is forgiveness, and the end is saving from the sins.’ We have experienced the mercy and forgiveness times of Ramadan, and now we are aware and living the last part of saving from sins. As the Prophet said in a hadith, it is the most important feature that distinguishes the month of Ramadan from other months is because Ramadan includes al-Qadr Night.”

“Let's pray for the victims of Islamic geography to come to an end"

Gaziantep Hope Caravan Food Bank Secretary Nihat Bakşi also called on Muslims to pray for the victims of Islamic geography to come to an end.
