The orphanage and victim support association [Yetim-Der], continuing their services in Diyarbakır with charitable activities for orphans, did not forget the poor or needy orphan families during Ramadan.

Despite Ramadan and warm weather, walking door by door, volunteers of the association who help the orphans and the poor with 2 food packets, expressed their hope to win the blessing of Allah in the blessed month.

Fikri Karavil, Chairman of the Orphan Association, said, “Before Ramadan, we delivered food packages to our orphan families and refugee brothers. It is 10 days to the Eid. We will be able to continue to distribute our aid and food packages to orphans and refugees in these days.”

Karavil stated that their goals are to meet the needs of all needy orphans and that “Allah willing, we plan to reach all orphans families, refugees, poor and needy people in all districts of Diyarbakır. We expect charities to support these services.” (M. Sıddık Bilge - ILKHA)
