According to initial determinations, a woman lost her life, 3 soldiers, totally 4 people were injured. It was stated that the person attacking on the gendarmerie station was killed.

The first of the attacks carried out at ‘Üçyol’ location in Kozluk district ar 11.30. An armed attack carried out on Atty. Muhammed Işık, nephew of Kozluk’s mayor by unidentified people. Muhammed Işık was not wounded in the incident but a new-assigned music teacher Şenay Aybuke Yalçın wounded from her head. Taken to Kozluk State Hospital Yalçın, despite all the interventions made, lost her life.

"The same vehicle that escaped from the scene was attempted to stop by the security forces in front of the Bekirhan Gendarmerie Headquarters in Kozluk District, detonated by violating the vehicle stop warning, and 2 soldiers and 1 citizen at the crime scene were wounded and taken into custody," said in the statement made by Batman Governorate.
