Qatar Foreign Minister Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdulrahman al-Tani said that they are not intending to change their foreign policy and will not compromise because of the oppression neighboring countries under the leadership of the Saudi regime.

“We do not intend to waive the independence of our foreign policy, and we will never have such an intention,” said El Tani, who is presenting the press members in Doha.

Al Tani stated that the Saudi regime and allied Arab states would not affect Qatar in all their diplomatic and economic relations with them, El Tani said that his country would “survive forever” in the face of these policies.

Speaking about the Turkish troops that were decided to deploy to Qatar by the statement passed in the Grand National Assembly, El Tani said that “Turkish soldiers came to Qatar for the security of the whole region”.

El Tani added that the as Qatar side they will remain loyal to the liquefied natural gas agreements that existed between United Arab Emirates, even though they have cut diplomatic relations with.
