President Erdoğan spoke at the 38th General Assembly held by the Ensar Foundation at the Golden Horn Congress Center. Erdoğan said the young people were on the front line against putschist during the July 15th coup attempt.

In his talk, Erdoğan talked about attentions to imam hatips, “We have been uninterrupted political power for 14 years, but we still have problems with our social and cultural power, Of course there have been very gratifying and encouraging developments. The increase in interest in Imam Hatips. Giving Holy Qur'an, Siyar and Ottoman language in schools are great developments. But we still have a lot of missing in the need of our country.”

Addressing to young people in his speech Erdoğan said, “You will relieve guard soon at the flag racing. Each young man has his own hand to determine the line of righteous wrong, good and bad, right and wrong.”

Emphasizing that the heroes of the July 15 coup attempt are young people, Erdoğan said, “Please note that Turkiye has come to this point from a very long, very exhausting, very heavy fighting event. One of the greatest heroes of July 15th is our young people. Event they haven’t experienced that painful old memories, our young people moved quickly as soon as it’s understood that there is a coup attempt.” (ILKHA)
