HUDA PAR President Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu and his accompanying delegation visited Mustafa Yetiş, İsmail Alpaydın, Kamil Demiral and Ahmet Kalan, who were sentenced to penalties from Adıyaman Vahdet-Der Case by FETO judge in 2010, in Kahta district of Adıyaman.

Yapıcıoğlu appreciated the victims’ families for their great patience and fortitude they have showed against injustice. Yapıcıoğlu, visited Demiral, Kalan and Yetiş families, respectively.

“We are grateful for your attitude”

During the Vahdet-Der case, Mustafa Yetiş's mother Fatima Yetis, 82, stated that they were grateful for the attitude displayed by HUDA PAR, saying, “Allah be blased with you. You always were with us. Mustafa was always in my mind. We were constantly praying. Not only he, but his friends are unfairly staying to prison. Mustafa captured inside for 7 years, but there are Muslims who have been inside for 25 years unfairly.”

“Mustafa is your son, but is our brother”

Yapıcıoğlu stated that everyone should do whatever they can on Yusufies [Muslim prisoners] in the face of the persecution they have seen, said, “Mustafa is your son, but he is also our brother. Of course, we have to do what we can against the injustice he has seen.”

“Victims of those who are subjected to persecution are still continuing”

Yapıcıoğlu continued his words as follows:

“I am a witness. Mustafa’s mother was always saying: ‘First those who have been subjected to persecution and imprisoned for years come out, then my Mustafa come out.’ Those people have been subjected to these obvious persecution and unfortunately the victims of those persecuted still continue.”

Yapıcıoğlu stated that for every Muslim, every stage of life is a trial. “We are looking at these people who are punished for their unfair punishment because of their beliefs, those who build these calipers are in prison, and Mustafa is out. Therefore, Allah also has an account. Allah testified you also through Mustafa.”

“Nobody remained in prison in the Vahdet-Der plot case”

The execution of the penalty given to the members of Adıyaman Vahdet-Der by the Malatya 3rd Heavy Penal Court on September 8, 2011 was stopped as a result of the objection made to the 16th Penalty Section of the Court of Cassation. 6 people were expelled by completing the "sentences" in the Vahdet-Der file. Two people in the file had to leave the country. With Mustafa Yetiş and Ahmet Kalan being released after the Supreme Court decision, the last two people in prison were also released from this file. (ILKHA)
