Justified decision of the case of murder suspects who were on trial for murdering Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyat Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz who were martyred on October 6-7, 2014, carried out by PKK/HDP members, was announced.

In the justified decision declared by the Ankara 2nd Heavy Penal Court; it was stated that 16 suspects accused of “murdering by monstrous feelings or persecution” and “disturbing the unity of the state and the integrity of the state”, 5 times aggravated life imprisonment and 22 years of imprisonment, 2 people aggravated 5 times of life and 19 years imprisonment, and 124 years and 8 months' imprisonment for juvenile pushed to crime.

In the text of the verdict, it was said that before the attacks of October 6-7 events, Abdullah Öcalan, Kandil administration, HDP headquarters and other PKK legal-illegal organizations targeted Islamic identity-based organizations under the pretext of Daesh.

As will be remembered, HDP Central Executive Board was called on the evening of 6 October 2014:

“The situation is very critical in Kobane, we are urging our peoples to go out on the streets and support those who have come out of the streets to protest the attacks on KOBANE and the AKP government's embargo.”

HUDA PAR's party organizations and members as well as Islamic NGOs were targeted during the attacks on October 6-7, 2014, not only in Diyarbakır, but also in many other provinces and districts of the region. (ILKHA)
