The Human Rights Society made a written statement on the allegations that the related institutions had made unjust decisions on the cancellation of the agricultural support of some farmers and the cancellation of the protocols they had made regarding the employment of İŞKUR personnel.

In the explanations, it has been stated that dozens of applications have been made in relation to the issue to the HRS [Human Right Society] in Diyarbakır, and these applications have been examined and evaluated and some issues have been identified.

It is understood that, in the context of the applications and investigations made, farmers' agricultural support was cut off and the protocol they had made about ISKUR's personnel was canceled with the decisions taken without the clear reason. It was understood that these decisions were taken before for the persons who had previously been interested in “terrorist organizations”.

“It legally not possible to deprive all of the rights of the person for life”

Following explanation were made: “It is also noteworthy that the unjust application were made on those who had been subjected to the unlawful trial following the February 28 process. It is violation of innocence to be subjected with intel info records for those whose link with terror organization has not proved with the court decision and with definitive judgment. Moreover, the results that will emerge with punishment have been cleared with law even there is imprisonment sentence.  It legally not possible to deprive all of the rights of the person for life for that reason alone.”

Finally, the explanation was firstly called upon by the administrative authorities to rigorously investigate the allegations and practices related to the case and to address the matter before the violation of rights experience in life. (ILKHA)
