Summary judgment of the case where murder suspects of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz who were slaughtered by PKK/HDP members on October 6-7 attacks, have seen yesterday.

In the summary judgment where 41 defendants were on trial and 21 defendants were under custody, after the defendants' defenses were taken, the court delegation gave a break to explain the decision.

The court explained the judgment of the case after the break. Sentenced 5 times for aggravated life imprisonment of 16 suspects, sentenced to life imprisonment of 5 times for two confessed suspects, sentenced to 22 years in prison for juvenile pushed to 6 crimes, sentenced 5 year in prison for juvenile pushed to crimes and 13 defendants were also acquitted. The decision was made to apart the file of 3 fugitives.

Sentenced 5 times for aggravated life imprisonment for confessed defendants Sedat Çoban and Mecnun Akkoyun, while Abdurrahim Pamuk, Ahmet Taylan, Ali Güler, Ali Karakurt, Burhan Dicle, Cevher Türk, Cihan Yıldız, Erkan Balaban, Hasan Uyanık, Mehmet Çağlar, Remzi Ozan, Rıdvan Baş, Resul Saur, Remzi Ozan, Uğur Doğanay and Ümit Doğanay were sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment five times.
