The Islamic Resistance Movement HAMAS issued an explanation last night about the martyrdom of Mazen Fuqaha, one the commanders of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades.

Emphasizing that Fuqaha is from the heroic commanders of the Palestinian Islamic resistance, HAMAS held the occupation zionists responsible for the martyrdom of Mazen Fuqaha.

In the message issued by HAMAS, it was stated that Fuqaha was one of the heroic commanders in the Western Region of Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades and one of the Mujahedeen of the Palestinian people, and that he had his freedom of in the “Fidelity of Freedoms” prison exchange settlement.

It was noted that the blood of the martyrs would not be wasted and that HAMAS would know what to do in the face of such assassinations.

An immediate inquiry into murder has been initiated

Khalil al-Haya, one of the HAMAS political leaders, said in the statement related to the assassination, “The martyr Fuqaha did not have any hostility to anyone, the security organization has initiated an immediate investigation into the murder. But the only zionist occupation regime would have had something to gain from this murder.”

In a statement made by Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades regarding Fuqaha's martyrdom, it was emphasized that the zionists would pay the price of martyring Fuqaha.
