Referendum process
The referendum will be submitted after the approval of the presidential approval of the proposed amendment of the constitution.
The referendum on constitutional amendments will be made on the first Sunday after the 60th day following the publication of the Constitutional amendment law in the Official Gazette. For the proposal to be accepted in the referendum, a surplus of half of the current votes used will have to be "yes". (ILKHA)
